What service do you use to process payment?  

We use SSL protected payment gateway called Stripe. We also offer payment via PayPal.

We do not store your credit card details.


What forms of payment do you accept? 

Our secure platform accepts Visa, Master Card, Maestro, American Express, and Diners Club, and Discover cards.

PayPal is also accepted.


What shipping carriers do you use?  

We use EMS, UPS, FedEx and DHL to ship orders.


When will you process my order? 

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system.  As soon as we receive your order we check if the item is available and then authorize your credit card for the purchase. Please note that fund are processed and paid to our account within 7 business days. After this, your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days).

If your item is unavailable we will void authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.

Order Shipment:

We offer worldwide shipping on all paintings and prints.

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card (system takes 4-7 business days to finalize the payment), your order will be shipped within 3-5 business days. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address your provide when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within twelve business days of your order feel free to follow up with us at

Do you charge tax?

We do not charge any taxes to any states.
